BY Plan Managers can support any Victorian NDIS plan. We are registered in every support category and in every age group throughout the state of Victoria. This means you won’t need to find and set up with a new plan manager if your support categories change or when you turn a certain age.

BY Plan Managers is paid directly from NDIS to help participants manage their funding budgets and pay service providers. This is a service fully paid for by NDIS and does not affect your funding or require any out-of-pocket payment by you.

Admin & Invoicing
Take the work out of managing invoices. Ask your provider to contact BY Plan Managers for payment, upload the provider’s invoice to our portal or simply tell us who your providers are. We will then do the admin, conduct compliance checks, and price checks, and arrange payment from your plan.
